My husband and I both work nights so convenience foods are a must when you work crazy schedules. Johnsonville Brats have always been one of our favorite brats especially the Beer'n Brats flavor. I grilled these on my George Foreman grill since it was a little to chilly today to grill outside. We made sandwiches out of them using Sarah Lee bread with Colby/Jack cheese and dill pickle slices. They were separated by wax paper in the package so they were easy to pull apart and I just threw them on the grill frozen. They surprisingly plumped up quite a bit while grilling. Brats are one our favorite summer meals and these are a nice twist on an old favorite. These were very flavorful and juicy. Next time I get them I will try them on onion buns with sweet relish. Johnsonville Grillers also come in Cheddar Cheese & Bacon, Swiss Cheese & Mushroom, Steakhouse Onion, Sweet Italian Sausage and Buffalo Bleu.
The original was delicious, but I will definitely be trying out the other flavors. My husband also gave them two thumbs up. This post was sponsored by Johnsonville Sausage as part of a sampling activation for Crowdtap. I received complimentary products to facilitate my review.
