My Husband’s truck has been a work in progress for the last 2 years. In the last year after replacing the engine, tires, suspension, radiator, windshield and various other smaller parts it is almost a new truck. It's a 2001 F250 so it doesn't have any fancy features like our newer model car. My husband is finally to the point where he can start customizing other things besides and he was excited when we were able to test out the LED Multi-Color Car/Truck Interior Lights by #Ashine.
The first thing you need to do is determine where you want to install the lighting strips. This was a bit more of a challenge than we thought, not because of the product, but because there aren't very many flat narrow surfaces underneath his dash that would be hidden. We finally were able to find a spot under the driver and passenger sides of the dashboard and underneath the two front seats. After that the installation was a breeze! He did take the time to run the wires underneath the carpet, he isn't a fan of having wires showing, but they were very easy to conceal. The 3M adhesive is very strong and will stick best to a metal surface, but smooth plastic should be fine too. I have LED lights in my car too that are factory installed but they just change to one stationary color at a time. The LED Multi-Color Car/Truck Interior Lights by #Ashine have so many more options. You can adjust the brightness, have 8 colors that you can pick from, you can choose one color, fading colors or even have it change to sound and music. The lights are very vivid and it’s fun to watch it change to the beat of the music. It is USB powered, we plugged it into a car charger, but a lot of newer vehicles have built in USB ports. The light strips are bendable and water resistant. There are 4 strips, two of them are 51.18 inches and the other two are 70.87 inches long, they are about half an inch wide. My husband loves them and couldn't wait to show my nieces when they rode with him over the weekend. You can get yours here! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06ZY7Y3M1
