I like to keep my lights off after we go to bed to conserve electricity, but I have a senior dog who gets up and down a lot and can’t see well anymore. I usually leave a light on in the kitchen so she can find her way to the water bowl if she gets up. We have a ton of places in our home that would be ideal for a night light, to avoid having to fumble for the light switch. With the 4-Pack of LED Night Lights by Emotionlite, I have enough to put 2 in my kitchen, one in my bathroom and one on my stairs going to our basement. Basements can be kind of scary when they are pitch black at night so it’s always a little comforting to turn the corner to go downstairs and I can see them. Our bathroom is right across the hall from our bedroom and these lights are bright enough I don’t have to worry about the light waking up my husband. I love that the Emotionlite Night Lights change into 8 different colors and you can rotate them 360 degrees to point them in the direction that you need to brighten up. My bathroom plug is right against the wall so it’s nice that I can point it the other direction. They plug into a standard 120V outlet and still allow room for something else to be plugged into the other spot. They automatically come on when it gets dark and have very good sensors. I have had some in the past the didn’t work very well, but these come on the second it gets dark and go right off in light. They use from .3 to .5 watts of energy and have up to a 50,000-hour lifespan.
These would be great for many types of rooms like nursery’s, bedrooms, hallways, garage or even the entry way. Since all you do is plug them in it’s very easy to move them to different outlets. I put the 2 in my kitchen under my cabinets and it’s nice to get a drink at night and not trip on everything on the way in there.
